Construction and procurement
Our project managers are professionals with extensive experience in the construction of photovoltaic plants. Coming from different backgrounds, they bring to the team their expertise in other fields of construction such as public works, civil engineering or roads.
Particular attention is given to the preparation of the projects to ensure that all the requirements of our customers are met in terms of safety, quality, costs and schedule.
During the execution phase, our project monitoring and our permanent quality control ensure perfect control of the schedule, good coordination with the grid operator and thus a mastered commissioning.

Supervision and maintenance
Our supervision and maintenance department steps in at commissioning to ensure optimal performance of the plant.
Our team of experts monitors the plants 7 days a week, all year round, and intervenes if a default is detected. Their technical expertise enables them to make the right diagnosis and respond with the appropriate action.
GenSun’s in-depth knowledge of power plants and long experience allow us to design and apply efficient preventive maintenance, at the best time, to optimise the plant’s production and thus offer the best possible profitability to the operators.
- Supervision: monitoring 7 days a week
